Crisp & Green, a Minnesota-based salad chain, will open in Southlake this year.
it’s planning to expand across North Texas, with as many as 15 stores expected to open over the next few years.
The company already has two stores open in Texas, and they’re both in the area: Dallas’ University Park and Lakewood. Another store, in Rockwall, is slated to open next month.that Crisp & Green is moving into neighborhoods with “health-conscious customers.” Diners can build their own salads or choose from a menu of tried-and-true flavors, like the Buffalo and Bleu salad or the No Prob Cobb.
