BAU's best profilers come together!
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Kirsten Vangsness and Matthew Gray Gubler have an adorable Criminal Minds reunion for his book. Playing original BAU teammates, Penelope Garcia and Spencer Reid, the pair worked together for 15 years in the CBS police procedural. Unfortunately, Gubler did not join Vangsness and the majority of the main cast for Criminal Minds: Evolution season 1, so it's always a treat whenever he is spotted with his old co-stars.
On her Twitter, Vangsness supports the release of Gubler's new book by sharing snippets from their recent reunion. Will Matthew Gray Gubler's Reid Finally Come Back In Criminal Minds: Evolution Season 2 Much has been said about Gubler's possible return in Criminal Minds: Evolution season 2. It's still unclear where Reid is while the BAU hunted down Sicarius and his network of serial killers, however, it has been made clear that he remains a member of Emily Prentiss' team, he's just busy with other matters.
In recent months, however, Gubler has been publicly spotted with a couple of his old Criminal Minds co-stars. Before his meet-up with Vangsness, he and Dave Rossi actor, Joe Mantegna also crossed paths and even had dinner. There was no mention of having any discussions about Reid's comeback in Criminal Minds: Evolution season 2.
