PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded six new cases on Friday (June 26), continuing its trend of single digits for the fourth day running. Cumulatively, the number of infections in the country is now 8,606 cases.

The sole local transmission case is a Malaysian who was detected through a screening process at the patient’s workplace.
