He sid 522 healthcare workers from various disciplines have been deployed to Lahad Datu, Tawau, Kota Kinabalu and Semporna.

Dr Noor Hisham said the ministry will evaluate the needs of a certain area before deploying the healthcare workers. In terms of personal protective equipment stocks, Dr Noor Hisham assured that the ministry has enough stock for all hospitals, including hospitals in Sabah.
