Covid-19: One new imported case recorded in Sarawak today, says SDMC

“When the case was at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 , he underwent Covid-19 screening using the RTK Antigen test which turned up negative. He then continued on his journey departing from KLIA-2 to Kuching International Airport ,” it said. It said the case was then referred to the Sarawak General hospital for further treatment on the same day.
“There are 16 patients currently being treated at hospitals throughout the state, of which eight are being treated at SGH, five at Miri Hospital, two at Sibu Hospital and one at Bintulu Hospital,” it added.
