Covid-19: Menteri gesa majikan utama kebajikan pekerja

Pihak majikan perlu meneruskan sesi libat urus dengan pekerja bagi memaklumkan perkembangan terkini berkaitan Covid-19. FMTNews MSaravanan

Menteri Sumber Manusia M Saravanan berkata, kementerian akan memantau dan menasihati majikan dalam setiap tindakan yang akan diambil lanjutan penularan wabak Covid-19 yang melibatkan kebajikan pekerja.

Menteri berkenaan M Saravanan berkata antara tindakan yang perlu diambil ialah mematuhi peruntukan undang-undang perburuhan, perjanjian Kolektif sekiranya ada dan tatacara untuk keharmonian perusahaan . “Kementerian dalam satu mesyuarat bersama pihak pengurusan MAB pada 11 Mac lepas dimaklumkan mengenai beberapa tindakan awal yang diambil oleh pihak MAB sejak berlakunya penularan virus Covid-19.

“Permohonan secara sukarela itu perlu mendapat kebenaran dan kelulusan daripada Ketua Jabatan di MAB,” katanya.
