peningkatan kes Covid-19 saling berlumba-lumba

NEW DELHI: India mencatatkan rekod baharu apabila melaporkan sebanyak 168,912 kes jangkitan Covid-19 dalam tempoh 24 jam berdasarkan data dari kementerian kesihatan.

Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan oleh Reuters, jumlah keseluruhan kes jangkitan Covid-19 di India mencapai 13.53 juta, mengatasi 13.45 juta kes wabak itu yang dilaporkan di Brazil.Pihak berkuasa menyalahkan lonjakan kes Covid-19 disebabkan orang ramai enggan memakai pelitup muka dan berkumpul beramai-ramai.

Kerajaan India cuba mengelak daripada melaksanakan semula perintah berkurung kedua namun beberapa negeri lain sudah pun mengetatkan sekatan Covid-19.
