PETALING JAYA: A walk-in appointment for people who want the AstraZeneca vaccine? This is a suggestion made by Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Twitter on Tuesday (April 27) evening.
The Tweet was a reply to Twitter user @Hunteress197, who wrote that there is no perfect medicine as it is made by people.
Dr Noor Hisham had earlier in the day tweeted that the blood clot cases due to the AstraZeneca vaccine are low and rare. The tweet included an infographic, which showed that it happens in four out of 1,000,000 cases. Many were in favour of the proposal, with some saying that the walk-ins should be done with strict crowd control.
