COVID\u002D19: B.C. records 26 new cases on weekend, but no deaths
Of the 153 active cases, which is down from 159 reported on Friday, 18 are being treated in hospital with five receiving care in ICU.
Health officials have been watching the case count closely, and will continue to do so, as the province has moved into Phase 3 of its restart plan which allows for hotels and resorts to reopen for “respectful travel” within B.C. Phase 3 has allowed for more businesses, such as movie theatres, to reopen and the film industry to resume shooting.
“As we move into this phase of our restart plan, we must remember that COVID-19 remains a risk for everyone, even though our new cases are low, we need to keep it there,” said Henry.Is there more to this story?
