SINGAPORE, Aug 14 — Singapore today recorded 57 new locally transmitted Covid-19 cases, including 17 that are not linked to earlier infections.
The Ministry of Health said in a statement that of the 57 cases, 29 are linked to previous infections and had already been placed under quarantine.Among the cases is a senior above 70 years old who is not vaccinated and at risk of serious illness.
