PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 20,780 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday (Aug 11), says the Health Ministry.
This is the country’s second highest daily figure ever, just behind the 20,889 cases recorded on August 6.Selangor has the highest number of cases with 6,921 new infections.
Seven other states have more than 1,000 cases - Kuala Lumpur , Johor , Kedah , Sabah , Penang , Kelantan and Negri Sembilan Cases in other states are as follows: Perak , Melaka , Sarawak , Terengganu , Pahang , Putrajaya , Perlis and Labuan .
