KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court has upheld the six-year jail term and RM5.4mil fine imposed on a former general manager of a subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for corruption five years ago.
Judge Datuk Rozana Ali Yusoff dismissed the appeal from Dr Shahanom Uthman, 55, to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Sessions Court in 2017.
