THE Ipoh High Court today set March 31 to decide whether to proceed or stay an interim order filed by a woman who claims to be the second wife of former MIC president, S. Samy Vellu. R.S.N. Rayer, who is representing the woman, Meeriam Rosaline Edward Paul, 60, told reporters after the case was heard in chambers before Judge Hashim Hamzah.
