KUALA LUMPUR : The High Court here has prohibited any parties from uploading and sharing any recording of Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s ongoing trial involving SRC International Sdn Bhd funds on social med

“Any form of recording is not permitted, not only live streaming, and this includes the CRT. The CRT is supplied on the express purpose of transcribing and not to upload.“I would like to remind everyone to refrain from making comments that may be prejudicial to the trial that may constitute as contempt of court,” he said on Monday .
At the outset, ad hoc prosecutor Datuk V. Sithambaram told the court that the CRT video was uploaded onto social media Facebook last week.
