Amino Agos Suyub was found guilty of contempt of court for coaching witness during hearing of election petition.
PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal today ordered a retrial for former Rantau returning officer Amino Agos Suyub who was found guilty of contempt of court.
The Rembau district officer was the returning officer for the Rantau state seat during the general election on May 9 last year.
