Court nod for temporary return of Ku Nan’s passport

THE Kuala Lumpur High Court today allowed Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor to temporarily hold his passport, to travel to Melbourne for medical treatment at month-end. Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan allowed the former Federal Territories minister’s application to have his passport returned after hearing submissions from his counsel, Tan Hock Chuan, and deputy public prosecutor Julia Ibrahim.
