SEREMBAN: The Sessions Court here today allowed the prosecution’s application to dismiss two counts of possessing items related to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam against DAP’s Seremban Jaya assemblyman P Gunasekaran.
The application was presented before justice Madihah Harullah by deputy public prosecutor Aslinda Ahad.The offences were allegedly committed at No. 2844, Jalan SJ 3/6B, Taman Seremban Jaya and No. 139, Kampung Baru Rahang here at 9.58am and 11.50am respectively on Oct 10. Gunasekaran, who was not present in court today, was represented by four lawyers led by Jelutong MP RSN Rayer.
