A man who held his six-year-old daughter hostage in Sampaloc, Manila on Tuesday, March 28, was subdued and arrested by responding policemen.
The incident happened at the roof deck of an apartment building on Jhocson Street, Sampaloc, Manila at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding operatives saw the suspect holding his youngest daughter as a hostage using a tari or kinkelder blade.
