Cops seize P325,000 shabu in Rizal, Quezon drug busts

Police arrested three suspected illegal drug traffickers and seized more than P325,000 worth of shabu in buy-bust operations on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 21 and 22, in Rizal and Quezon provinces. | dtmallarijrINQ /PDI

Quezon police chief Colonel Ledon Monte reported that drug enforces in Candelaria town busted at P7:50 p.m. on Tuesday Teodoro Cueto in Barangay Mangilag Sur.

Cueto yielded four sachets of shabu worth P75,480. The police said Cueto was arrested in 2017 for drug trafficking. In Padre Burgos town, police armed with a search warrant swooped down at around 6:30 p.m. on the house of Randy de Leon, a pusher in Barangay Duhat.The three suspects were detained and face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
