Police in Alabama released the mugshot of one of the brawlers in the wild melee at the Montgomery Riverfront as the remaining two suspects turned themselves in on Wednesday.
Richard Roberts, 48, turned himself in on Tuesday. The Montgomery Police Department released his mugshot.He was charged with two counts of third-degree assault for attacking the entertainment boat the Harriott II’s Co-Captain Damien Pickett over the weekend.at a press conference that the boat’s captain had been trying to contact the private boat owners for up to 45 minutes over the PA system, but was met with “obscene gestures” and “curse words.
The two men then hurl punches at each other as others join in. Within seconds, several men are seen running to the scene and attacking the fallen worker.The Harriott has a reserved parking space on the dock.“There was no need for this event to take the path it did,” Albert said at a press conference. “The City of Montgomery is better than that.”
