New South Wales Police officers have released eerie footage of a phone being launched from a western Sydney apartment as part of their investigation into the death of a 34-year-old woman about three months ago.
Tatiana Dokhotaru was found dead inside her Liverpool apartment on Norfolk Street about 8pm on Saturday May 27.
"Investigators are working closely with the Dokhotaru family to gather further information about her life and associates in Australia," NSW Police said in a statement. Shifting light appears to show movement in the unit before the phone is thrown, while police said a brief flash appeared to be the device falling to the ground.
Detectives are also continuing to seek CCTV footage across Liverpool which may help to shed further light on Ms Dokhotaru's movements in the hours leading up to her death.
