KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 — Police today arrested a man who is believed to have killed his neighbour with a helmet at a flat in Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
He said the 45-year-old victim, who was a People’s Volunteer Corps member, was confirmed to have died on the spot by medical personnel. “Preliminary investigations found that the victim was hit on the head with a helmet and a piece of wood by two locals in front of his unit. Police seized a helmet, wood and a lighter at the scene of the incident,” he said in a statement tonight.
