KULAI: A 31-year-old man was arrested to assist investigation into a break-in at a kindergarten on Jalan Kenari, Bandar Putra here.
Acting Kulai OCPD Supt Yusof Othman said the suspect was arrested at 7.30pm on Sunday in front of a sundry store on Jalan Utama at Felda Bukit Ramun.
Supt Yusof added that when the closed-circuit TV footage was checked, an unknown man was seen breaking into the kindergarten and stealing RM2,000 worth of items. Supt Yusof then said that the suspect has since confessed to having been involved in the break-in cases in Bandar Putra since last year.
