KUALA LUMPUR: Police here have arrested two men for allegedly being involved in activities linked to an online gambling syndicate.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Beh Eng Lai said the men were arrested in two raids conducted on Wednesday evening by the district police's Anti Vice, Gambling and Secret Societies Department personnel.
He said the syndicate would operate along the five-foot walkway in front of shop lots and used mobile phones as their medium of transaction.
