BANGKOK: Newly appointed Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra (pic) on Monday (Aug 19) expressed her resolve to work closely with Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to advance Malaysia-Thailand bilateral relations.
Controversial director Syamsul Yusof has filed for divorce from his wife, actress Ira Kazar.'s Malay-language portal.Azmi added to Buletin TV3 that Syamsul, 40, filed for divorce at the Syariah Court in Gombak Timur, Selangor at 2pm today .
"I want to confirm that Ira and I are legally married, in the presence of her father, Kazar, in Thailand. We decided to get married in Thailand to simplify certain things," Syamsul said in the video.At that time, he was still legally married to his first wife Puteri Sarah Liyana. He and Puteri Sarah, who share two children, were married in 2014.
