JOHOR BARU : A 50-year-old local contractor has lost RM107,000 after falling victim to an online job scam through the"b2wave.com" application.
"The victim agreed and downloaded the application as instructed, subsequently registering for the purported job." "When asked to pay an additional USD40,000 to release the earnings, the victim realised he had been scammed and reported the case to the police," he said.
