Tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan tersebut di Bangunan Maritim Malaysia Zon Maritim Mersing pada pukul 12.06 tengah malam pada 23 Februari 2025 sehingga menyebabkan kerugian sebanyak RM2,000. Pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Afdhallan Shafiq manakala tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.
