Data from YouGov showed that the airline's consideration score fell 15 points to 53.3 by 29 May from 68.0 on 21 May, when the incident happened.

"Consideration Score measures the percentage of consumers who would consider flying with the airline on their next trip," YouGov explained. The airline's consideration score, however, rebounded in the weeks after the incident, hitting 55.9 by the end of May.
