The Institute of Public Affairs’ Renee Gorman says conservative university students are being “openly mocked” when they raise a “legitimate concern”.

“It just highlights the massive difference between how left-wing students are treated, and how conservative students are treated at universities,” Ms Gorman said.

“Generation Liberty conducted a survey of students in 2019, and they found that 31 per cent of students have found that they have been made to feel uncomfortable by a university teacher just for expressing an opinion.”
