Last October, a 25-year-old male Chinese tourist met similar fate when snorkelling in Pulau Bum Bum, Semporna. State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew on Saturday advised all tourists to wear life jackets when they participate in water-based activities like swimming, snorkelling and diving.
