A group of concerned community members have begun the search for missing six-year-old, Joslin Smith at Saldanha Bay on the West Coast.Wednesday’s search is along Tabak Bay Beach where a shoe was picked up early this week.Community member, Vernon Vraagom, is leading the search on the beach.
