KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 — The Ministry of Communications and Digital did not disrupt Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim’s livestream on TikTok yesterday as he alleged, Deputy Minister Teo Nie Ching told the Arau MP from Perikatan Nasional today.

“The ministry has no knowledge of this. I feel that the allegations that his live TikTok session was shut down due to KKD’s collaboration with TikTok and recent meeting, is irresponsible. She was responding to Shahidan who asked if the ministry had collaborated with TikTok and was behind the shutting down his livestream on the video-sharing platform yesterday.

She also said he could have asked TikTok directly about the disruption, rather than using Parliament for the purpose.
