: The ASEAN-EU Summit will provide a political framework for the longstanding relationship between the two sides, said Director of the Development, Rehabilitation, Integration and Security centre, Pierre Grega.
It will strengthen the orientations of the strategic framework adopted by the two sides in 2020 which defines the relationship between the two regional organisations based on shared values and principles, he noted. However, he noted that EU-ASEAN relations also face the challenge of maintaining an international order based on common rules and multilateralism accepted by all parties.
