Comedian and actor Andy Dick had his latest run-in with Southern California law enforcement early Friday, Jan. 13, when he was arrested by Riverside County sheriff’s deputies who responded to a report of an intoxicated person in Lake Elsinore.
Comedian Andy Dick was arrested at O’Hara’s Rock & Roll Tavern in Lake Elsinore early Jan. 13, 2023, on suspicion of public intoxication and failure to update his address on the sex offender registry, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said. on suspicion of felony sexual battery after Orange County sheriff’s deputies were called to the campground at O’Neill Regional Park on Trabuco Canyon Road.
Dick was arrested in Murrieta in 2008 on suspicion of illegal drug use and sexual battery after a person reported that he pulled down a teenager’s top, police said. He was convicted of misdemeanor sexual battery and was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet for one year, Superior Court records show.
And in 2021, Dick was cited in Columbus, Ohio, for urinating on the sidewalk. A comedy club owner in the city said the actor also made inappropriate comments while onstage, groped patrons, took women into the men’s room and urinated on the floor and on at least one person.
