President Trump, Elon Musk and other are spreading dangerous myths about coronavirus.
The tweet has cost Musk and Tesla dearly, through a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and another by investors claiming that the tweet cost them billions of dollars in market losses.Meanwhile, Tesla is still failing to make a profit from manufacturing cars.
Tesla is filing a lawsuit against Alameda County immediately. The unelected & ignorant “Interim Health Officer” of Alameda is acting contrary to the Governor, the President, our Constitutional freedoms & just plain common sense!Musk asserts that the county’s action is, as he tweeted Friday, “absurd & medically irrational ... in violation of constitutional civil liberties,” but his dudgeon does not in itself make a constitutional, much less medical, case.
