The batik-inspired collection, which is an exploration of traditional Malaysian batik textile art through a modern lens, features the iconic hibiscus flower motif known as “Paradise Swirl” in sweet pastel shades – Innai’s signature touch. An enduring symbol of nostalgia and free-spiritedness, inspired by the Eastern Malaysia coastline and using hand-crafted wax and dye techniques, the abstract motif nods to Innai’s roots as well as the fashion house’s legacy of craftmanship, reimagined for today.
