CMCO needed to break Covid-19 chain, says Noor Hisham

PUTRAJAYA had no choice but to re-impose the conditional movement control order in the Klang Valley and Sabah as it is the most effective way to break the chain of Covid-19 infections, said Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. The health director-general said this had to be done to stop the spread of the virus to all states, or worse, the entire nation.
