A dad whose son was dismissed from the Club Utah Basketball Academy's program said it was in retaliation to his questions about a trustee member, who had recently entered a plea agreement after a federal investigation involving a separate business that is unrelated to sports and has no other affiliation with the basketball academy other than the trustee.
