Leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. has sold out the P2.5 billion Mindara Residences in Davao City within days after market introduction as units were quickly snapped up by buyers.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm said this shows another robust market absorption of its projects. Mindara Residences forms part of CLI’s fast-selling Garden Series offerings.
The residential development is integrated within LPU Town Davao, a university township located a few meters away from Davao International Airport and major establishments, promoting the well-balanced Davaoeño lifestyle. Mindara Residences is envisioned as an urban community where residents, including young professionals, thrive in the comforts of nature and are inspired by the vibrant sensibilities of culture.
The North and South Towers of Mindara Residences will be built on a 3,698 square meter lot. The development also has sustainable features, such as cross ventilation and natural lighting in the hallways and corridors.
