Cleveland auto dealer Bernie Moreno files FEC paperwork to make second U.S. Senate bid

Moreno on Monday filed “Statement of Candidacy” paperwork at the Federal Election Commission, to formally enter the GOP primary contest for the chance to take on incumbent Democratic U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown.
