About 45 people are part of the teams and assembled Wednesday afternoon at Florida State College of Jacksonville's downtown campus first to review tactics for the approaching storm, then moved out to the stations, Powers said. About 30 fire department and Jacksonville Sheriff's Office members also headed to Orlando on Wednesday to be part of the state Emergency Road Access Team to provide aid after the storm.
