“Cleanliness is central to Filipino dignity. That’s why we are very thankful that the President has given his assurance of support for these facilities in evacuation centers,” explained Salcedaq, chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means. Salceda, a former three-term Albay governor, has said that the Mayon situation could be "protracted".
