Saraland scored 10 touchdowns despite having only eight full possessions. In addition to the eight offensive touchdowns, the Spartans also got a touchdown on a blocked punt by Jamison Curtis that was returned by Cameron York, plus a 14-yard fumble return on defense by Camron Laffitte.“Our offense has been playing with great balance,” said Saraland coach Jeff Kelly. “We’ve been able to establish the run, then K.J. is just playing at an incredibly high level.
After opening with an overtime win over Lipscomb Academy of Nashville, the Spartans have won their last five games by 48, 44, 42, 66 and 50 points.
