Gilas Pilipinas and Utah Jazz player Jordan Clarkson said it was an indescribable love playing in and for the Philippines in the recent FIBA World Cup.
In a video posted by the NBA's official X account on Tuesday, Clarkson, who met with reporters at the media day on Monday, said he knows everybody who came to Manila 'felt it'. 'It's just love...something you really can't describe,' Clarkson told reporters. 'You just gotta be there to really see it and feel that energy...
Some of Clarkson's Gilas teammates in the FIBA World Cup, namely CJ Perez, Scottie Thompson, Japeth Aguilar and June Mar Fajardo, are representing the national team under coach Tim Cone in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
