The next FIBA Basketball World Cup won't happen until four years from now in 2027.

And in that year, Jordan Clarkson, who played as naturalized player for Gilas Pilipinas in this year's World Cup, will already be 35 years old, an age when athletes start to decline due to the mileage that they accumulated over the years.Clarkson isn't ruling out the possibility of suiting up for the Philippines in the 2027 world meet, should the country qualify once more, though. At 31 this year, Clarkson said he still feels sprightly.'Yeah, I think so.

So yeah, I can't even tell you what I'm eating in the morning. But, yeah, hopefully, down the line when that time comes, I'm around again, I may put this jersey on and represent the country.'But if Saturday's game was Clarkson's last one as a Gilas Pilipinas player, there's no doubt that he ended it on a high note.
