DOTHAN , Ala. - Dothan City commissioners are to vote Tuesday on whether to pay $100,000 to Kevin Cowper , essentially fired two weeks ago when they failed to award him a new contract.
It was not immediately clear who put the item on the agenda or how many commissioners knew of the move that calls for Cowper to be paid six-months’ of salary and benefits.
