CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad have rectified the issues with its systems.
CIMB Bank has clarified that its core banking systems and customer data remain intact following technical issues which affected some of its systems today.
“Our core banking system and customer data remain intact. Customers are still able to perform banking transactions via our CIMB Clicks, CIMB BizChannel and Self Service Terminals,” it said in a statement.
