Christina Aguilera is set to perform a one-off concert in Melbourne in November as part of the Victorian Government's 17-day 'statewide celebration of contemporary live music'.

It will be the six-time Grammy Award winning US singer's first performance in Australia in 15 years. Aguilera will give a special open-air concert at Melbourne's Flemington Racecourse on Saturday, November 25, marking the 20th anniversary of her pop album 'Stripped'.Swedish DJ and producer Eric Prydz will also perform it in Melbourne as part of the government's Always Live event.
The event is in its second year, and will see more than 165 artists perform live at more than 60 events across Melbourne and regional Victoria between November 24 and December 10.King Stingray will lead a line-up of voices of First Nations musical activism at Arts Centre Melbourne on Friday, December 1, while Victoria's own Tones and I, Illy and Queensland's Amy Shark are also set to take to the stage for Always Live.
