Shelley Ross, who detailed the accusation in a New York Times guest essay, shared a screenshot of an apology email.
Ross, who had been Cuomo’s boss at ABC News, said Cuomo grabbed her backside at a colleague’s going-away party and said: “I can do this now that you’re no longer my boss.”
He also appeared to make light of his action by adding “next time, i will remember the lesson, no matter how happy i am to see you…”
