SenseTime did not disclose the size of the IPO but is pushing ahead with a listing even as China tightens regulation for the country's technology industry.
Chinese artificial intelligence company SenseTime has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong.
In 2019, SenseTime was put on the U.S. Entity List, an export blacklist, which restricts the company's ability to get access to certain technologies originating from the U.S.
